Bill of Rights Legislation

CWA Political Director Alfonso Pollard spoke at the San Francisco conference about NCPSO's own Law Enforcement Officers Procedural Bill of Rights - H.R. 3440, sponsored by Congresswoman Linda Sanchez.  The Bill of Rights was solely developed by the NCPSO/CWA leadership; and there is great excitement that the political stars might line up for this bill moving in the next year to actually becoming law.
