COPS Wins Big Arbitration Victory

COPS Local 9111 has just won a major victory in San Bernardino County, where an arbitrator has ruled that the 350+ probation officers must be separated out from a larger countywide unit. COPS assisted the officers in forming their own organization and then petitioning for separation; COPS attorney Jay Trinnaman successfully argued the case.  The COPS staff will now conduct a campaign for recognition of the probation officers.
