Nevada Officer Slotted to Fill Vacant Position

With a vacancy opening of Secretary on the NCPSO/CWA Executive Committee, the Committee elected pursuant to its authority under the bylaws to fill the position of secretary by appointing Clark County ISD police officer Phil Gervasi to complete the unexpired term of one year.  Gervasi, an NCPSO/CWA activist successfully conducted a public campaign against the school district for an officer pay raise 2 years ago.
