South Tucson POA Wins Meet and Confer Rights

The South Tucson Arizona POA has just won the right to meet and confer through a voter initiative.  The vote was 78%-22% in favor of the initiative.  The proposition included a requirement for a final and binding decision on contact enforcement issues, which will make South Tucson the first city in Arizona to have such a provision in its agreement!
